In a 6-quart crockpot add the chicken wing pieces.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the chicken. Pour chicken broth and cover.
Cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and place it in a single layer on a rimmed baking.
