Making Cheesy Cauliflower In The Air Fryer

So one of my friends sent this recipe over to me. I was really excited to give it a try. Now, she said that it calls for a head of cauliflower, cut into small pieces. However, I’m an easy eater, so I have to do everything the easy way.

So I just steamed up a little bag of frozen cauliflower, added some butter and some salt and pepper, transferred it into a casserole dish that can go into the air fryer, and popped it in there at 400 degrees for eight minutes.

So while that is in there, getting itself all nice and roasted and a little bit brown on the outside, let’s make our creamy mixture, which is literally just sour cream, heavy cream, and some spices. Now, everything will be listed in the recipe box below, but basically, all I’m using is salt, pepper, and, of course, my favorite Susie Q because it’s my all-purpose seasoning that I use literally on every single thing.

I love this stuff. It is my favorite. So just go ahead and kind of mix it up with some garlic, just a couple little dots of garlic, and about a cup and a half or about a cup of, uh, cheese. Mix that all together. Now she told me that she added chicken to her meal, so of course, I have to add chicken to mine too. And you can see how this makes it look like a full meal.

So this is just a chicken that I roasted in my air fryer the night before, so I’m using my leftovers. So this is cool. Um, our cauliflower is already done, so we’re just going to go ahead and mix everything all together, and then we’re going to top it with a little bit of cheese, and we’re going to throw it back into the air fryer for about six minutes or so until the cheese on the very top of it is completely melted. And voila, dinner is served.

So we have our chicken; we have our veggies; we have everything. as if everything is mixed together. So check it out. Look how nice and creamy that looks. We take a look at that gooey, cheese-y goodness. Check it out. Okay, I’m going to put it in a little bowl because, as you know, I’ve got to take a little bit of everything because, well, I just kind of feel like I have to, to make sure that you guys know that I really do like this.

So I’m going to take that route. Take a bite of our cauliflower here, and all I can say is that it is cooked to absolute perfection. I love all of the cheese in there. The flavors are so good. It’s so subtle. Everything is just, I don’t know. All I can say is that this is a really, like, one-pot meal, and it’s delicious.
