  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning

  • Olive oil
  • Cloves garlic, minced
  • Balsamic vinegar

Making The Balsamic Caprese Stuffed Chicken Thighs

In a small bowl, whisk together garlic powder, Italian seasoning, dried minced onion, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken thighs on a cutting board.

Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken to an even thickness.

Rub the dry seasoning mix on both sides of the chicken thighs.

On each chicken thigh, place 2 fresh basil leaves, 1 tablespoon of chopped sundried tomatoes, and 1 ounce of sliced mozzarella cheese.
