Easy Instant Pot Chicken Parmesan
Chicken parmesan in the instant pot is a perfect weeknight dinner recipe and a favorite for many people. This whole dish can be made in 20 minutes. This dish is low-carb, keto-friendly, and gluten-free. Without breading, this skinny chicken parmesan is a light dish and I love to keep it light.
Get all the ingredients ready before starting to cook. You don’t need to search for the ingredients while you are making this dish. Sear the chicken to add more flavor to the dish.
For the best taste, I recommend using a homemade marinara sauce made with fresh tomatoes. Alternatively, you can also purchase one from your local store.
What Are The Best Side Dishes To Serve With Chicken Parmesan
I like to serve chicken parmesan along with some roasted vegetables like asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, or a mix of these vegetables.
I would also recommend trying Italian dressing or balsamic vinaigrette pair as it goes perfectly with these chicken flavors.
