Low Carb Ket Buns
Whisk together eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Add in parmesan cheese, xanthan gum, cheddar cheese, and almond flour.
Mix them all until the texture is thick
spoon mixture on to a parchment paper into the desired shape.
*Makes about 5 buns for hot dogs, makes about 4 buns for burgers for medium-sized buns
