The Big Mac Salad Recipe is a perfect keto meal that will satisfy your cravings for a Big Mac.
This salad recipe is low in carbs and high in healthy fats, making it the perfect meal for those following the keto diet. The salad provides plenty of protein from the beef while also providing plenty of fiber from the vegetables like onion and lettuce.
Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise
- Yellow Mustard
- Dill Pickle Relish
- Vinegar
- Garlic powder
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Ground Beef
- Lettuce
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Chopped Onions
- Pickle chips
Making Keto Big Mac Salad
Let’s start making the sauce first. I’m putting some mayonnaise and some paprika in a bowl and, make sure you check out the recipe box below for all the exact measurements, also add in some garlic powder.
You probably could just use thousand island dressing, but this dressing is really good, and then some onion powder.
Then you’re going to add some white vinegar
Some yellow mustard,
and then last but not least some dill relish pickles.
Once you add that in, you can give it a good mix and set it aside and if you like a ton of dressing, you could even double it. This made about three pretty big salads.
So the next thing I did was brown one pound of ground beef. I did add some salt and pepper. It didn’t say too in the recipe. I just always try to season my meat when I cook it.
Once it is done, I drained all the grease from it, and then you could assemble your salad. So I have a ton of lettuce in here and added about half a cup of meat.
I added some pickles slices and some white onions.
Then you also can sprinkle in some cheddar cheese and add your sauce. The sauce is pretty thick, but again, I just placed it on there so I can take a picture and then I stirred it well and it was just absolutely delicious, tastes exactly like a Big Mac.

Ingredients
Dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon vinegar

Salad
- 1 pound ground beef
- Lettuce

Instructions
- Mix all the Big Mac dressing in a small bowl and set aside.
- Prepare the ground beef. Remove any grease that has accumulated.
- Assemble the salad ingredients. Toss lettuce into a large mixing bowl. Add shredded cheddar, onions, pickles, and ground beef on the top. Dress it up and serve!
