Instant Pot Chicken Broccoli & Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • 1½ - 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1⅓ Cups Long Grain Rice
  • 1⅓ Cups Chicken Broth
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • tablespoon flour
  • 1-2 Cups Fresh Broccoli cooked
  • 1½ - 2 Cups Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • First, turn on your Instant pot to the Saute mode. After it gets heated add butter, chicken, and garlic.
  • Cook the ingredients until the onion turns transparent. Next add rice, broth, and the seasonings and cook for 5 minutes on manual high pressure and quick release once the timer is up.
  • Once cooked quickly add the flour and milk mixture and mix well until combined with the mixture.
  • Finally, add cheese and broccoli and stir in until mixed well. Serve hot.
