Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in parmesan cheese, xanthan gum, cheddar cheese, and almond flour.
  • Mix them all until the texture is thick
  • spoon mixture on to a parchment paper into the desired shape.

*Makes about 5 buns for hot dogs, makes about 4 buns for burgers for medium-sized buns
