We are a chicken-loving family and always lookout for a new chicken recipe. I recently stumbled on this recipe and thought of giving it a try and boy it did the trick. It has everything that we look forward to in a chicken dish, it has that enough spice but not that much where kids can’t handle it.

If you feel that you had enough chicken dishes and want to try something new, you should try this recipe. You will never call chicken boring again. This dish is a hit with my family. If you are looking for some keto or a low-carb option then this recipe is for you.

How To Make Jalapeno Popper Chicken Recipe

  • Preheat the oven to 375°
  • Fry the bacon to make it crispier.
  • Remove the bones from the chicken breasts to make them thinner.
  • In a 9×13 baking pan lay the chicken.
  • Season the chicken with garlic salt and apply the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Remove the seeds from the jalapeno and then dice them.
  •  Cut the pre-cooked bacon.
  • Put the sharp cheddar chicken over the chicken and then top it up with bacon and jalapenos.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
  • Once cooked allow it to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Spray salt and pepper for taste. Serve.
