What Do You Need To Make Jalapeno Popper Chicken Casserole
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- garlic salt
- Softened cream cheese
- Jalapeno peppers
- Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- Crumbled crispy bacon
How To Make Jalapeno Popper Chicken Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 375°
- Fry the bacon to make it crispier.
- Remove the bones from the chicken breasts to make them thinner.
- In a 9×13 baking pan lay the chicken.
- Season the chicken with garlic salt and apply the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Remove the seeds from the jalapeno and then dice them.
- Cut the pre-cooked bacon.
- Put the sharp cheddar chicken over the chicken and then top it up with bacon and jalapenos.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
- Once cooked allow it to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
